A winning hand

Day two of the Young Innovators Challenge and our students were learning about how to put together a great team, based on personality types.
We had them playing Personality Poker, where each gets dealt 5 cards, then they have to trade with each other until they are happy that the words on their cards describe them. As you can imagine, it got pretty lively as there were over 100 students taking part. They learn about the tasks each personality type likes to do, why its important to have people in your team that are different from you, and why you might not always agree (and that disagreement can stimulate useful discussions, when you understand each other's strengths and weaknesses).
This hand describes someone with strong people skills, good at resolving conflict and getting the team to work together.
