False garlic

This is false garlic (Nothoscordum bivalve) which grows everywhere it can, including in the flower beds where I don't really want it. It has grasslike leaves and grows from a bulb. It is hard to eradicate from the flower beds and most of the time I just leave it. About this time of the year, the leaves begin to turn yellow, die back and you don't see it again until the following spring. it is pretty enough along the creek and roadsides and in waste places.
Another lovely day and I got several containers planted out this morning. It is time I had a bit of a burn. Also need to get some more Roundup on the drive, a never ending chore.
Thank you all so much for the appreciation of yesterday's tulips. They have been good this year.
