River view

At first glance you may think this is a heron showing off, but look closely and you will see the duck at its feet. This duck was not in the slightest bit happy, and this is one of a series of images I took. There was a huge fight between these two, the reason was her little cute ducklings had been threatened by the heron and she was having none of it. She was so angry with the heron and really showed it. I'm glad to say all the cute duckling then proceeded to swim off to safety in the under growth at full speed.
