Throwback

Somewhere between the 50's and 60's these alligator purses were popular. My mother, ever the fashionista, had this one.  After she passed away, I found this deep in her closet.  Her New England frugality did not allow her to discard ANYthing.  I loved it's look and it sits in the study - at least if this poor baby alligator had to give up it's life, we should give it a prominent place and treasure its sacrifice.
