Calling all Plantsmen.

I know what it is, I don't know which one it is.
What I really want to know is ... Is it likely to be "Wild"? I've seen plenty for sale, but never ever ever seen it in the wild.
I know it says
"Pulmonaria longifolia, (Narrow-leaved Lungwort) is a semi-evergreen clump-forming herbaceous, perennial plant, native to western Europe, including Britain, France, Spain,Portugal.".

However it doesn't LOOK to be all that LONG in its folia.
