Hours and hours and hours - all the very long day - in solitary confinement completely absorbed in writing a report that at 2am has just left me tired, annoyed, angry, frustrated and with an overwhelming sense of having totally wasted my time because having written it doesn't make me feel better at all, and it was supposed to.
