Relay for Life

Youngest joined the school's team and participated in Relay for Life.

-edit- I didn't have much time to write yesterday, because I went over to the event a couple of times. I had never been at a Relay for Life, so this was my first experience. We didn't have any time to get any personal sponsors, because youngest told me 2 days in advance he wanted to join his school team. The school team raised almost $9.000 though.
The picture was taken during the lap of remembrance. They turned the stadium lights off and everyone walked a lap in silence. All the luminaria bags were lit and the luminaria bags on the bleachers spelled the words HOPE and CURE. It was very impressive.
