Figure Eight Follow Through

I think I've mastered it now, thanks to the internet and a shoe-lace.

In other (and only just added) news, I had a very local walk with one of my groups today, i.e. just down the road at Elvaston.  Thank goodness the torrential rain stopped half an hour before the walk began, and the sun even came out later in time for our picnic lunch.
