Spring Clean!

Our churchwardens organised the annual spring cleaning of our village church this morning, so about a dozen of us took along brooms, Dustbusters, dusters and what-have-you.
Ed volunteered to go up a ladder to clean the pulpit - rather him than me!
There were other volunteers on ladders cleaning stained glass windows so high up I could hardly look!!
After a couple of hours the whole church was gleaming, spiders and wood lice banished! Fresh flowers on the altar and a delightful aroma of beeswax polish will welcome the congregation tomorrow!
