Alice is holding Storm back as he knows how to get the biscuit out. Grace is timid around the ball. There's no way she would be so undignified as to put her head in it. Emily has learned to roll the ball with the paw until the treat falls out. If Grace is quick enough she can steal any treats that Emily might have missed.
