Sir Berkeley and the Great Northern Coach

This weekend saw lots of exciting events taking place on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway to celebrate ‘The Railway Children’ weekend.   For those who don’t know, the 1970’s film ‘The Railway Children’ was filmed on the line.   In celebration, the Manning Wardle 0 – 6 – 0 saddle tank engine, Sir Berkeley  was working at Ingrow, hauling the vintage ‘Great Northern Coach’  and giving free rides in the sidings.   This picture shows Sr Berkeley and the vintage coach.
Thanks to all kind blippers who dropped by and left lovely comments and stars for yesterday’s ‘Nature’s recycling’.   You are all too kind.
Hope you all have a wonderful Bank Holiday weekend.
