Snail mound and snake mound

Today I was off on a jaunt to Dumfries. To "The Garden of Cosmic Speculation".

I've used here as a blip before, but it's only open to the public one day a year, usually on the first weekend in May.

An incredible garden, some amazing structures. A wonderful day, despite my friend getting her van stuck in the mud in the field car park. Eventually we managed to get out, thanks to some borrowed muscle and a lot of pushing.

Who knows, tomorrow I may even be able to choose a plant to post a picture of, there were SO many gorgeous ones!
