Autumn day at Arrowtown

We spent a wonderful day in Arrowtown, no wind, no sun, no rain, perfect weather for us 9 walkers.

While we were ordering a cuppa, we experienced a noisy earthquake which shook the ground ferociously, and guess where the epicentre was?  Yes, Wanaka.  I made a hurried phone call to make sure everyone at home was ok.  Yes they were, and nothing fell off the shelves, so that was good.  5.8 apparently, with a depth of 5 k's.
