This is my friend Helen who spent a year having some serious adventures with her husband and three children when they sailed their yacht from Croatia, back home to Sydney. Wonderful stories of visiting remote beaches and swimming in the Galapagos Islands ... but also tales of harrowing ocean crossings with broken equipment.

Don't think I'm as brave as Helen.
