An amazing bit of kit

The place where I work has invested in a new cooker. We went for an introductory overview today before it is delivered. I took along some croissants that I had made, that were part proved. 

The amazing oven, did a fast prove (see pillowy picture) and baked in about 18 minutes. Quite amazing! 

They went down well!
