Sunset for political party?

With only three days to go before we cast our votes we are faced with the extraordinary possible scenario of witnessing the sunset of the Labour Party in Scotland.

The scuffle in Glasgow where the Labour Leader Jim Murphy and Eddie Izzard had to make a hasty retreat from the city centre after being shouted down by anti-Labour supporters epitomises the politics in Scotland today.

This behaviour smacks of what happened during the Referendum. There was intimidation and all “No “posters were ripped down within 24 hours.

Meanwhile Nicola Sturgeon is treated like a rock star as she hops by helicopter around Scotland and she distances herself from the ugly fracas in Glasgow.
