Sometimes you have to sit back...

This is Mike Mac. I don't really know how to describe this photo or put in words the power that this man has on a group of people and what he's done with the world. Growing up we are encouraged to become the best people possible, caring, attentive, positive, and make a lasting impression. He has done this.

Mike Mac is the director at Big Spring. He is going into his 22nd summer and is the embodiment of summer camp. Fun, spontaneous, encouraging, charismatic, traditional, progressive, and aware. He has the ability to turn a group of people into professionals, boys into men, tears into a smile, develop a sense of self, and all of this is done without him having to be anything than what he is...
