LIFE ON THE RIVER.....

..... after all the rain we had here in Sydney whilst away, today returned to a stunning sunny 27 deg C day so had to get down to the mighty Nepean River and check things out.

The signs indicate the river level had risen I suspect based on debris etc by as much as two metres. It has dropped back so the walking path is accessible, however still a lot of water flowing as shown in the extra pic.

Found this shag making the most of the sun!

Also just to keep Walking Wombat in my good books, have added a macro in the extras for the May macro mayhem, Liked the wasp and the weed flower bulb in the sun.
