This view from the train window shows the gloomy and wet weather that accompanied our journey home. A better day to be travelling than walking!

Looking back on the last 10 days, the Westmoreland Way was easily as good as we remembered it from 5 years ago, and we'd be happy to go back and do it again. The relatively short days of 10 miles or so walking really suit us.
