Tai chi

It's always good to see the Tai Chi class taking place on the Albir sea front, from 8.30 a.m.

The weather has turned very warm.....over 20 degrees at 8.30...so you can see everyone wearing their T shirts and shorts....a few caps, giving some protection from the sun.

This is one of my favourite views......when I come home after a trip away....I love to come down here....and listen to the gentle music, before I set off on my walk. Very relaxing.
