A night where the consciences won!

We nearly managed to talk ourselves out of going to the gym tonight.  After all it was 7.15pm. It was dark. We'd had long days....   But we went and it was a good workout.

The best song to climb hills to tonight was from 1967 - Sonny and Cher and the best one to ride the bike to was .....   1970 Cecilia! 

This lovely bromeliad was a thoughtful gift from a friend and is brightening my corner of the office.
