Cawl

A very long weekend of watching snooker is coming to an end ... in fact a very long seventeen days of watching snooker is coming to an end.

Me and Dawn are somewhat snooker loopy, but even by our standards we have put a proper shift in watching it this year. I think we have seen at least eighty per cent of the frames played. The final shaping up to a memorable classic too.

I had a crack at making cawl for tea tonight as we had shoulder of lamb for tea last night. I made my first dumplings too .. all in all a fair decent effort!
