Derelict? in Harrogate?

I can't help waking up on a Thursday morning and thinking my theme for the day will be Dereliction. 

I have also long since rejected the idea of finding examples to fit the bill in Harrogate - clean, proud and grandiose as it likes to be considered.

And then today I came across this mess. The front of the building is more than respectable - dare I say, quite posh?  But then, who is to say what is lurking in the interior?
