UK General Election

Interesting times.  The Polling Stations have just closed, and it is predicted the SNP (Scottish National Party) will take most of the Scottish seats in the Westminster Parliament.  I think I shall wake early and hear the unfolding story, rather than stay up late, late, late.

The SNP were everywhere I went today, driving around, walking the pavements.  I saw several cars with four flags, even one with six.  I now own one of these Saltires, to fit on my car window, offered to me whilst taking this shot in Herriet Street.  I passed by four Polling Stations on the southside of Glasgow this afternoon, all had a steady flow of voters, but not as busy as the Referendum last September.
