Run to Eat Cake

Day 7 streaking

Back in London for the next few days.

Finally got to join my lovely friends at Nike Stratford run club for a 5k run around the Olympic Park.

And guess what...my hammies failed me yet again! Grrrrrr! It was a slow slog back to the store but got talking to a couple of new runners and also the new running coach, who gave me tips on stretching etc.

Run over and a few of our buddies baked cakes!! One of them was our lovely Blipper Jebusblips, who's torte was amazingly yummy! Thank you :)

Stuffed our faces with cake then headed over for some protein at Nandos!

Yes! Today was a good day!
