Approaching Train - multiple exposure

Playing with Multiple exposure - two shots The approaching Train the effect I like mind you hand held. the other shot 'As the Blue bells faded the wood nymph came out!!' 
I need some advice in the first shot the train is moving clearly but in the second shot the 'Wood nymph' has taken up three static positions so I thought she would be solid not like a ghost. comments welcome
