Flower Friday, Welsh Poppy amongst forget-me-nots

I just spent an hour in the garden trimming some topiary style trees. It was the first time I have tackled them and I was concerned that they would end up the size of cabbages if I made too many mistakes. However both the trees and I have come through it unscathed.

I was hoping the sun would come out but sadly not today. So hope this little poppy brings some sunshine into your room.
