Another blip - of another 'Way'.  This time the Calderdale Way - a 50 mile walk opened in 1978 encircling Halifax, Hebden Bridge and Todmorden, following old packhorse ways across the landscape passing through hillside villages and old mill towns with sections of traditional stone causeway as seen here.
This is just above Heeley Dam - straight on for Lumbutts, turn right for Mankinholes.  The day started bright and sunny, but now the rain was just beginning to fall :-(
