Moody Blue

Ok - I'll be honest,bad mood blues.  

As a family on the wrong end of the cuts being made in health and social services I'm gutted.  What did DC say on the steps of No 10?  "We can make Britain a place where a good life is in reach for everyone who's willing to work and do the right thing."  Well I'm willing but until we stop getting passed from one cash strapped department to another and get some basic, practical help I can't work 'cos the family need me!
