Take one courgette & some pesto

Am back from my hols. The sun shone and I found plenty of clean running water to satisfy my outdoor swimming habit.

Although I did take my tribest blender with me, and plenty of spouted seeds, I can't pretend that keeping raw was uppermost in my mind. You do the best you can.

Back to the routines now, though. Here's lunch today: a classic dish, without cooking. As the pesto was in already made, all I had to do was twirl the courgette on the spiraliser and mix. Scrummy.
