Poppy

In a friend's neighborhood there was a lady watering her garden. There was a language barrier between us, but we still had a nice chat. In so many words, she told me to come back in a few weeks and she would give me some seeds that would grow a leafy green with which I could make green borscht. Upon arriving home, I Googled immediately and discovered she had given me a sorrel leaf. In addition, she gave me some inspiration to make little more of my own tiny patch of dirt. She had a super little garden. Anyway, this is one of her poppies, which I have never had any luck growing.
