Pumpkin and Chickpea Soup

So here begins my recap of the week that was Live Below the Line.

First major meal was Pumpkin and Chickpea soup. It was so easy, throw a couple of veggies in a pot with half a tin of chickpeas and cook until soft, then puree it up! Was very tasty, I really should use chickpeas more often, they make a meal go so much further!
