They've arrived !!

Its so exciting!
This morning, turned on the tv to see the #BTCB news and such joy there were 5 blue tit chicks hatched. All day the parents have been caring for and feeding them. They are so tiny and seem to just crawl around the nest on what appears to be 4 legs as the wings are just little stumps. The remaining 2 eggs still haven't hatched this evening but lets hope there are 2 more by tomorrow.

I have put a tv shot in extras but the chicks are so small and the picture too grainy to give much detail.

The diary of events have been; nesting started on about 1st April; the first clutch of 3 eggs appeared on 21st April; the 7th and last egg was laid on 26th April and the 5 new borns today the 9th May.
