Drinkin The Sunbelt

This fine ale cost £10 for a 750ml bottle. It's called 'Drinkin' The Sunbelt'. It wasn't particularly strong, just expensive because it came all the way from Austin, Texas. The blurb on the back described how it was brewed to dispel the myth that cold fizzy lager is the best thing to drink on a sunny day. It is a very refreshingly hoppy and light ale and my god is it good to drink on a flukishly hot Spring evening in Edinburgh.

I drank this whilst building a new shelf on the computer desk in the living room (now that both of us use computers extensively there is little point in hanging on to the notion that the living room shouldn't look like the control romm from 24) with the living room doors open out onto the park listening to the birds sing dusk in.
