Ten to ten

In the morning, and already in Antwerp, our destination for the next few days.

As our hotel was located right next to the magnificent Central Station, we didn't have far to work once we got off the Intercity from Brussels. A very smooth transit.

Unfortunately, our hotel room wasn't ready, so I didn't see it until much, much later. We wandered around a rainy old town for a couple of hours, before I split off to go to my workshop/seminar for the afternoon. Later on, we met up and had a couple of beers in a square with a bunch of students, before going for dinner with the workshop crowd in the University Club - quite a magnificent setting as well.

It was a busy and quite inspiring day. An excellent workshop and a city - which I hadn't visited since the spring of 1983 - which promised much in the days to come.
