Stanley

This is Stanley, one of our longest serving employees. He came to as a caretaker of our first preschool, until it was stolen from us by a combination of a small group of Crooks, Cheats and Thieves ( as the local chief puts it) and on the other  hand by a dodgy arm of Government.
Since then he has worked at the factory, doing all the little jobs. He arrives at dawn and leaves after lunchtime.
Here he is seen ( with the rest of the staff)  eating Nsima (boiled maize flour, the staple of Malawi) and a relish of rape, tomato and small fish, they call, Usipa. If they haven't eaten Nsima, then they haven't eaten.
Yes, they eat with their fingers, everyone, but all wash hands first. AND Yes they eat mounds of Nsima!!
