Orange

I spent much of the day, except when dealing with student paperwork, doing the building project paperwork and finances. 
 
The yellow Broome in the garden is now beginning to fade, but the orange one is at its best; the two red ones are just beginning to open their first buds, which is why today’s picture is or some of the flowers on the orange Broome.
 
 
One of the builders arrived this morning at 0815 hours to continue sorting out the existing bathroom; he left at 1113 hours to go to another job. He will be back on Wednesday and on Friday both he and the plumbers are coming back. The plumbers had said they would not return for six weeks, but the builder cannot continue until they have connected some more pipework. It is amazing what the words, breach of contract and solicitors can do. I am beginning to get very cross, the timescale was ten weeks, weather permitting and the weather has stopped them only half of one day. Work started on Tuesday 2 December 2014, I make that twenty-three weeks!
