Sad

I waited with my visit to the local cemetry until it was quiet again. Last week, the victims of the second world war were impressively remembered on our island. A special part of the cemetry is reserved for the CommonWealth War Graves. It is sad to read all the stones, the average age of 23-24 years old for most of the victims. It made me feel good to see so many young attending the ceremony. Since the war ended in 1945, these graves are well maintained by the youth of our island. And every year in may all the graves have flowers on them. Respect!
