Lollycake ingredient...

Very cold day with only a smidgen of sun. Generally do not have the gas heater on during the day but it was so cold we decided to be generous to ourselves and enjoyed a toasty sitting room for much of the day.

Caught up with reading the weekend papers and cooked a pot of Cardamom Plums to have at breakfast over the next few days. Nice on porridge too.

This packet of Rainbow fruit puffs will be winging it's way to Australia soon to a niece who lives in Sydney and makes Lollycake whenever she feels homesick.
