A Peep Thru the Pinhole

I discovered this stuff when we lived in Spain 2003-2006 - and yes, it was labelled in Spanish, but otherwise exactly the same label design. I've long since abandoned adding table salt to meals due to the salt limitations dieticians suggest we adopt, so this substitute works for me. (I hope!)  Anyway, it does enhance the flavour of food. But - is there a point at which I abandon my self-imposed ban on NaCl?  Yes - when eating fish and chips. You can only be so much of a goody-goody, after all.  (And fish and chips aren't exactly healthy. But - they are nice. Usually.)
