In The Spotlight

On 12th May 1820, Florence Nightingale was born. It is believed that she was a sufferer of fibromyalgia, so this day has been chosen to become Fibromyalgia Awareness Day. For one day of the year, groups come together to make people more aware of this crippling, debilitating disease.

For those that suffer, they don't need an awareness day.  They are only too aware!

On a lighter note, this aquilegia wanted to make it into the spotlight, so I had to oblige.
