Walk around the pond!

Just had a lovely little walk around the pond where there is still some ice, and a few patches of snow - things were going well until i misremembered where the little bridge was over the small stream.....snow covered and looking a little unpredictable....my worry of course was that i'd go thro...and yup, that's what happened... up to my knees in snow and the water filling my welly boots!  not a pleasant feeling i tell you!!!   at least it wasn't too deep, but gave me a bit of start, don't like that sinking feeling!!!

Off to make a pot of soup...it's fasting day!!!

Zoe just loves being in the pond!
