Portuguese Restaurant on Bethnal Green Road

The site has gone upmarket.  When I was teaching at a college a few doors away, it was a seedy joint selling legal (then) highs.  This guy was happy to have photos taken.  He had very dramatic tattoos, which you can partly see in this picture (and better in the extra photo).   His shirt is taking an anti-drugs stance!
