And Relax

Nowadays there is very little time when you detach yourself from day to day life. We have become conditioned to keep on the treadmill.

It's not much but we have started Pilates, it's an hour per week of downtime. Working muscles and other bits of the body that don't normally get worked. Laying with your eyes closed letting the body move freely and breathing left to manage itself.

It's early days but I really see no reason to not do this. It actually really feels very good
