The element of surprise

It's fun sneaking up on people.

These ladies and I are taking a 5 day Jin Shin Jyutsu class in this castle in the Haspengouw region in eastern Limburg. Once a fortified medieval castle, it's now a convent and a centre for education and reflection. The nuns who live here tend a fantastic vegetable garden which supplies many of our hearty meals. They also brew their own beer, and very drinkable it is. Three bottles of that stuff and see if you aren't in a reflective mood too.
