What is he on about?

Fear of failure should never come
into the equation, for if it does, then
finding a creative spark becomes even more
tiresome. It drags you down and makes
everything even harder. The better way is to
embrace your mistakes and learn that every
now and again they actually add value.

Having this thought as part of your arsenal helps you
understand the creative process. It would be
nice if we could create great work all the time, but
doing something is better than doing nothing. And always
remember this - the next time you work an idea,
even if it's not the greatest, the chances are that it will
develop into something better. Perhaps.
