Visitors

I was gardening this afternoon when Mrs Mallard came with 10 ducklings! What a fabulous sight. They jumped in my pond and splashed around following Mum everywhere. Then they all got under her feathers as she puffed herself up to cover them. No idea where their nest was and how they got into the garden. Maybe she had a nest in one of the many wild bits of the garden! They are now settled down for the night by the pond.
