Morning sun

Not a very exciting pic today (Friday) but I only took 4 - all similar - from the bedroom first thing.
Morning I caught up with more work and stayed a bit late and then came home to get a decent meal as we headed to Kinghorn in Fife in the early evening for a run. I didn't take the camera as knew there would be limited opportunities for using it, esp as rain was threatening.
The race was 4.3m through the village/town out across the bay, round the Black Rock and back again. It can only be done when the tide is out and you still get wet feet. The rain waited until we'd done but there was a fair breeze against us on the way out - but it helped blow us back! The sand seemed to go on forever!
