Thistle Do

Sorry, a terrible pun, absolutely intentional. :-D saw this on my walk , or should I say struggle round the lake this morning.
Beats my why some days I can walk for ages and yet on days like today I have to stop and rest every 15 minutes or so.
Anyhow it was a beautiful morning at the lake, Lots of bird life and the pelican was there today. I haven't seen him for a while.
