Redcliffe Jetty

Today, started the day and ended the day with a light shower.
The weather then cleared for most of the day and almost prefect for this blip.

Red Cliffe Point was the first Queensland settlement in 1824, but only lasted about a year before moving to the Brisbane. Nearby areas included Settlement Cove and Humpybong Creek.
The SS Koopa (1911) a passenger and cargo ship began her regular service route between Brisbane, Red Cliffe and Bribie Island, which otherwise would take up to 4hr from Brisbane.
Today this jetty stand as is from the last refurbishment in 1999.
